STZ Strength is one of the most intense types of training we offer. It’s a mixture of supersets, tri-sets and complex based movements including the major muscle groups. The goal of this class is to utilize every major muscle group in order to change your entire physique. We lift hard and heavy in each class and try to max out each workout. Whether you are male or female this class can be tailored to fit exactly what you need. We also make sure to work in smaller groups as we have found this type of training works best in a small group setting. Getting physically fit is a goal everyone can aspire to along with burning calories and improving your overall health.
