Designed to introduce athletes in a variety of sports to all areas of athletic development in a fun and positive training environment. We focus on increasing body awareness, coordination, speed and agility, while incorporating levels of strength training. This program creates and builds the athletes foundation and teaches them how to train effectively within each sport. We focus on speed, strength, power, agility & stamina. As we progress we addresses change of direction, acceleration, and power along with developing flexibility and injury prevention. Our main goal is to develop the athletes all around fitness to give them a more enhanced level of performance while adhering to their sport. As the athlete grows we shift our focus to speed, strength, stamina, proper body mechanics, and preparation for the next level of their athletic career. We engage athletes on a whole new level of fierce training and give athletes the tools to succeed beginning in grade school through the collegiate level and into the professional level.
