Designed to train athletes of any sport in the techniques & mechanics of linear and lateral speed. We focus specifically on acceleration and improving maximum velocity, along with lateral quickness and explosiveness.  Athletes will learn the appropriate movement patterns & techniques necessary to improve acceleration leading to top speed and overall improvement of athletic performance.

Speed School workouts consist of strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique.  As students become more familiar and learn the correct movements and body mechanics we progress through a series of levels

The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All groups are lead by our qualified staff members  to allow maximum attention.
