Designed to train athletes of any sport in the techniques & mechanics of linear and lateral speed. We focus specifically on acceleration and improving maximum velocity, along with lateral quickness and explosiveness.  Athletes will learn the appropriate movement patterns & techniques necessary to improve acceleration leading to top speed and overall improvement of athletic performance.


Speed workouts consist of agility drills, speed training, strength training overall conditioning.  We focus of basic and proper technique and injury prevention.  As athletes learn the correct body mechanics the workouts become progressively more challenging.
