Semi private sessions are for people that like to train with others, but in more of a personal private setting rather than a big group.  It allows for you to work at your own pace and strive towards specific goals in a group setting.

Training Availability

Training is available 7 days a week by appointment only. All training sessions run approximately 1 hour.
