INTERMEDIATE: We focus on speed, strength, power, agility & stamina.  This level of training addresses change of direction, acceleration, and power along with developing flexibility and injury prevention.  Our main goal is to develop the athletes all around fitness to give them a more enhanced level of performance while adhering to their sport.
