High intensity interval training (HIIT) is one of the best ways to add variety and intensify your cardio and strength workouts.  We alternate short intervals with very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover.  A typical class includes a dynamic warm-up (10-15 minutes) followed with a intense all out HIIT workout that usually lasting (25-30 minutes) and involves different work and recovery intervals.  We wont use weights in every class, but do perform conditioning movements (ie. plank rows, squats, thrusters that do use them.  This class is meant to be a cardio focus with a slight resistance focus.  At the end of each class we usually add a 10-15 minute core element followed by a cool-down and stretch routine.

If you’re a beginner, going all out is NOT recommended, but you can easily start with one of our other programs we provide and work your way up to this level.
