SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Hate working out alone or looking to train with your soon to be spouse? We also offer small group and couples training so that you and your spouse to be can get fit at the same time as you.
Since this program is very specific we try to limit our Bridal Semi Private groups to less than 4 people since this is about you and your special day, what we typically see is a bride and her husband to be come and train together or a bride and made of honor is another common one. Ideal for groups of 2 to 3 individuals with similar fitness levels and similar fitness goals. It is the perfect solution for clients looking for the benefits of one-on-one training, while having the motivation and energy of others.

We know that planning and handling all of the details down to the very last one can be a daunting task and the last thing you want is to take time away from all of the wedding planning handle training as well. First Step: We conduct an initial nutrition assessment by taking information on your current eating habits as well as your personal nutrition goals.
Second Step: We have you complete a 3-5 day food journal that gives us insight on what you are doing for your nutrition and from there we customize a program that is made specially for you.
Weekly Progress Check-in’s: We stay in touch with you the during the entire process and help you track your progress and will lead you to success and achieve your goals before your wedding day.
