BEGINNER:

Designed to introduce youth athletes to all areas of athletic development in a fun and positive training environment. This level mainly focuses on increasing body awareness, coordination, speed and agility, while incorporating some basic levels of strength training. This program creates and builds the athletes foundation and teaches them how to train effectively within each sport.
